nuX NDO-6 Queen of Tone Dual Overdrive Pedal
This remarkable pedal combines the power of two iconic overdrive effects - the Horseman and the Morning Star - to create a unique sonic experience for guitarists.
On the left side of the pedal, you'll find the Horseman in SILVER mode. Based on the renowned golden Horseman pedals, this variant features a modified circuit that allows you to access the secondary function by simply holding down the footswitch. The OUTPUT, TREBLE, and GAIN knobs provide the means to craft the perfect tone. Additionally, you can switch between two modes: Gold and Silver. The Gold mode produces a transparent overdrive, while the Silver mode offers an extended gain range, opening up even more tonal possibilities.
The right side of the pedal houses the Morning Star in SHINE mode. Inspired by the acclaimed blues circuits found in amplifiers, the Morning Star delivers a clear low-gain drive. Similar to our standalone Morning Star pedal, this side also features a footswitch that activates the distinctive SHINE mode, providing a crystalline boost to the highs.
Left Side (Horseman):
- OUTPUT Knob: Controls the output level of the Horseman circuit.
- TREBLE Knob: Adjusts the treble frequency of the Horseman circuit.
- GAIN Knob: Regulates the drive level of the Horseman circuit.
- Footswitch: Turns the Horseman circuit on or off. Holding it down for 1 second activates or deactivates the SILVER mode.
- SILVER Indicator: Lights up when the SILVER mode is active.
Right Side (Morning Star):
- DRIVE Knob: Adjusts the gain of the Morning Star circuit.
- TONE Knob: Regulates the treble frequency of the Morning Star circuit.
- LEVEL Knob: Controls the volume of the Morning Star circuit.
- Footswitch: Turns the Morning Star circuit on or off. Holding it down for 1 second toggles the SHINE mode on or off.
- SHINE Indicator: Lights up when the SHINE mode is active.
